What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, vibrations, subliminal messages, sounds + frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind. It is designed to release trapped emotions, unlock stored trauma + rewire the brain to a more positive state of being.

What is NLP + Shadow Work?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a mindset modality to help understand and change how people think, communicate, and behave by working with the connection between:

  • Neuro – how the brain processes experiences (thoughts, emotions, habits)

  • Linguistic – how language (words, tone, internal self-talk) shapes those experiences

  • Programming – the learned patterns and behaviors we run automatically

NLP is about identifying mental and language patterns that drive behaviour. We work on deliberately changing them to get long term results.

Shadow work is a self-development practice focused on becoming aware of, understanding, and integrating the parts of yourself you’ve learned to suppress, deny, or hide. We work on facing the parts of yourself that you usually avoid so that they stop unconsciously controlling you.
